Shortcuts allow you to streamline your workflow by providing easy access to your key resources, all in one place. No more bouncing between tabs — Shortcuts brings everything to you, right inside your space.

You can add both links and embeds directly to your spaces. Links allow you to quickly navigate to websites, while embeds provide a more powerful integration — you can now display Figma files, Google Sheets, Docs, YouTube videos, analytics dashboards, and more, right within the app. Everything you need is just a click away, and embeds ensure you can interact with your resources directly in the app without leaving your space.

Embeds

To embed content, simply copy and paste the link into the URL field. After saving, you’ll be able to open the webpage directly within Complex.so from your space.

For Google Maps and Google Calendar, the process is slightly different as you can’t simply copy the URL from your browser.

Google maps

For Google Maps, go to the "Share" option and then select "Embed a Map." Instead of copying the full HTML code, just copy the link shown: https://www.google.com/maps/embed?....

Google Calendar

For Google Calendar, to add a read-only embed, go to your calendar’s settings by clicking the gear icon. Next, select the calendar you’d like to embed from the sidebar, click on "Integrate calendar," and then copy the public URL.
